![]() ![]() ![]() I put some on the processor before I realized this. The processor heatsink comes with gooey thermal pads already on it, so you should not need thermal paste. The replacement case bottom may not be needed - I got it because I had read the M90 case was slightly the wrong shape around the battery compartment, but I did not notice any difference between the two. I disassembled the M90 following the service manual, then put the new motherboard in the new case bottom and reassembled. M90 service manual (download from website) 800MHz memory (I used Corsair VS8GSDSKIT800D2) M6300 bottom of case (may not be needed) M6300 processor heatsink (the M90 one is the wrong shape) I successfully replaced my M90's motherboard with an M6300 motherboard. ![]()
